Carbs make you feel good about you!

Anyone who knows me would know that I haven’t got the healthy eating thing figured out. But seriously? Can we just say enough with all this already?

One thing I do know is that there is no new miracle trick for weight loss.

Eat less.

Burn more calories.

My own opinion is that for most of us that need to lose weight, figuring out why we can’t/don’t do those is 90% of the battle. Fat or protein or carbs aren’t the problem. And they aren’t the savior either.

  1. I really agree with you. Several years ago, I decided the formula was that simple, four words really–Eat less, move more. Of course, I haven’t followed that formula very well.
